Scholar

A Scholar soul is one whose role in life is the accumulation of information and knowledge.

Scholars are students of life, observers, note-takers. They are naturally academic and "bookish", never happier than when able to gather new information, whether from books, on the Internet, through scientific experimentation, or simply through living and travelling. Other soul types are often flummoxed by the Scholar’s obsession with learning, reading and analysing.

All soul types can manifest positively or negatively in any given moment, as the individual chooses. The Scholar's positive manifestation is KNOWLEDGE which leads to objective understanding for all. The negative manifestation is THEORY, whereby the Scholar gets lost in "nerdish" details and meaningless theoretical issues.

Famous Scholars include Galileo, Newton, Marie Curie, Charlotte Bronte, Gordon Brown.
